Driver Mode brings availability, requests, navigation and entitlement status together in English and Arabic.
Your journey, step by step
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a TUKU account.
Submit for review
Submit the completed profile for review. Driver approval is required before you can receive rides; uploading documents alone does not mean you are approved.
Open Driver Mode
Approved Drivers use Driver Mode. Check your subscription entitlement, expiry and status in the app. The app displays access status and lets you refresh it; it does not sell subscriptions in the app.
Go Online when you’re ready
With an eligible account, entitlement, permissions and location, choose Online. Driver location can continue updating while Online or on a trip, including with the screen locked. Go Offline when you stop accepting work.
Review a nearby request
A request alert shows the ride information. Accept or reject it while the offer is available. An unanswered offer expires; availability and eligibility are checked when accepting. Alert sounds also depend on phone notification settings.
Pick up, navigate and complete
Navigate to pickup, mark arrival and verify the Rider’s trip PIN. Follow trip information and navigation, end the ride and confirm cash received. Review your ratings and contact Driver support when you need help.
