Your journey, step by step
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a TUKU account.
See the estimate. Choose your Driver.
Review the route and fare estimate. Explore eligible nearby Drivers on the map or in a list, select one and send a ride request. Availability is checked again when you request.
Meet at your pickup
Wait for acceptance, then follow the assigned Driver’s progress. Use trip chat to coordinate. Check the Driver and vehicle before getting in.
Start with your PIN
Give your trip PIN to the assigned Driver when you are together at pickup. The Driver verifies it to start the ride. Keep login verification codes private.
Follow your trip
See the active trip map and status. If your plans change, use the destination-change flow and review the updated fare before accepting. Location updates depend on connectivity and device permissions.
Arrive, pay and rate
At the end, settle the displayed fare in cash with your Driver. Completion follows cash confirmation. Rate your Driver after an eligible completed trip and find the ride in your history.
