Drivers submit identity and vehicle information for review before approval. Approval is an operational check, not a guarantee about every future journey or a claim of a criminal background check.

A PIN for the right trip
Your assigned Driver verifies your trip PIN at pickup. Share it only when you are ready to start with that Driver. Never give anyone your login OTP.
Trip information you can follow
The app shows trip state and available Driver location. Riders can create a temporary sharing link for an active trip. Anyone you give that link to can see its limited trip information while it is active.
Ratings and reporting
Riders can rate eligible completed trips. Use TUKU Help for account abuse, concerning behaviour or trip problems. Keep a trip reference; avoid sending sensitive documents in ordinary chat.
Know the limits
GPS, internet, batteries and notification settings affect updates. A map is not continuous monitoring. TUKU is not an emergency service; in immediate danger contact local emergency services directly.
Privacy is part of the journey
Nearby discovery uses limited Driver information. Exact active-trip location is restricted to the ride and any active sharing link. Learn how data is used and how to request account deletion.
